2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Our Extended Return Policy

Beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.

3.1 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be in their original condition with all labels and seals intact
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or we made an error with your order.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
